Percussive Therapy, Without the Appointment
A massage gun delivers rapid percussive pulses into muscle tissue, driving blood flow into the area and interrupting the pain signals that keep a muscle guarded and tight. It reaches depths a foam roller cannot and does it in a fraction of the time — most muscle groups need only 60 to 120 seconds. Used after training it shortens soreness; used before, it primes tissue for work.
Key Benefits
- Deep percussion reaches muscle bellies a roller only glances over
- Brushless motor runs quietly enough to use while watching TV or on a call
- Multiple speed settings — low for neck and forearms, high for quads and glutes
- Interchangeable heads for broad muscle, pinpoint trigger work and bone-adjacent areas
- Cordless and rechargeable, so it works in the gym, not just at home
How to Use
Switch on and let the gun float across the muscle — do not press hard. Glide slowly for 30 seconds to warm the tissue, then hold on a tight spot for 10 to 15 seconds. Two minutes per muscle group is plenty. Use the round head for large muscle, the bullet head for pinpoint knots, and the flat head near bone. Never use directly on joints, the spine, the neck’s front or bruised tissue.
