These terms govern your use of recoverritual.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
This website is operated by iComChain LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801. “We”, “us” and “Recover Ritual” refer to that company.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and sizing where the supplier provides them. Product photographs are representative; colours can vary slightly between screens and between production batches. Everything we sell is general fitness, mobility and self-care equipment. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have an injury or a diagnosed condition, consult a qualified clinician before using recovery equipment.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted. In the rare case of an obvious pricing or stock error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full; we will always tell you why.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address — and will refund any amount taken.
6. Payment

7. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and what happens if a parcel goes missing are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Returns
Your right to return and how refunds are processed are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe this is happening.
10. Intellectual property
The Recover Ritual name, site design, original copy and original photography are owned by iComChain LLC. Product images supplied by manufacturers remain the property of their owners. You may not reproduce our original content commercially without written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Use of equipment
Recovery, mobility and training equipment carries inherent risk. Read the instructions supplied with each product, use it as intended, and stop if you feel pain. You use the equipment at your own risk.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that State have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
