Supplements & Nutrition
This is a small collection of accessories that support a nutrition routine — shakers, storage and organisers — rather than a supplement range. We do not make claims about what any supplement does.
For anything you plan to take regularly, talk to a pharmacist or a registered dietitian, particularly if you take prescription medication.
Choosing a shaker
- Wire ball or mesh insert — mixes far better than a plain bottle.
- Leak-proof screw lid — flip lids fail in gym bags.
- 600–700ml — the usable size for most shakes.
- Wide mouth — the only kind you can actually clean.
Frequently asked questions
How do I stop a shaker bottle smelling?
Rinse immediately after use rather than leaving it in a bag, wash the lid and gasket separately, and store it with the lid off. Most odour comes from residue in the seal.
Do I need supplements to train?
No. A well-constructed diet covers what most people training recreationally need. Supplements are a convenience, not a requirement, and they are regulated as food rather than medicine.
Is anything here medical advice?
No. Nothing on this page is medical or nutritional advice. Speak to a qualified clinician, pharmacist or dietitian before starting any supplement, especially alongside prescription medication or during pregnancy.
