Thirty-Two Speeds, One Right Answer
Most massage guns give you three or six speeds, which sounds like enough until you’re using one on your neck and the lowest setting is still too aggressive. Fine-grained control matters: the intensity that releases a quad will bruise a forearm. With 32 steps you can find the setting that works for the tissue you’re actually treating, and stay there.
Key Benefits
- 32 intensity levels — meaningful control, from delicate neck work to heavy glute release
- Deep tissue percussion that reaches beneath surface muscle
- Multiple attachment heads for broad, pinpoint and bone-adjacent work
- Cordless and rechargeable for use anywhere
- Low-noise motor that won’t dominate the room
How to Use
Start at a low setting and step up gradually. Let the gun’s weight do the work — pressing hard adds nothing and risks bruising. Glide across the muscle for 30 seconds, then hold on tight spots for 10 to 15 seconds. Two minutes per muscle group. Never use on joints, spine, the front of the neck, or over an acute injury.
