How long should you use an eye mask or eye massager?

Ten to fifteen minutes. The skin around the eye is the thinnest on the body, so both heat and cold reach it quickly.

Who should not use an eye massager?

Anyone with glaucoma, a retinal condition, recent eye surgery, or an eye infection should avoid pressure and heat around the eyes without their ophthalmologist agreeing first.

Does cold help under-eye puffiness?

Cold constricts blood vessels and reduces morning puffiness for a few hours. It is a temporary effect rather than a change to the skin, and rolling outward with light pressure avoids bruising.
