Heat and Movement, Together
A stiff lower back responds to two things: warmth, which increases blood flow and makes connective tissue more pliable, and movement, which stops the tissue setting. A belt that combines heat with vibration delivers both at once, hands-free, while you sit at a desk or on the sofa — which is realistically the only way most people will do it consistently.
Key Benefits
- Fast heating to loosen stiff lumbar tissue
- Vibration massage to stimulate muscle and interrupt pain signalling
- Adjustable heat and intensity
- Wraps and secures — completely hands-free
- Wearable while seated at a desk or in a car
- Auto shut-off
How to Use
Wrap around the lower back and secure. Start on the lowest heat and vibration setting. Warmth should be pleasant, never hot. Fifteen to twenty minutes at a time. Do not use on an acute back injury within the first 48 hours — use cold for that. Do not sleep in it. If you have back pain with numbness, leg weakness, or any change in bladder or bowel control, stop and seek medical attention immediately — those are red flags that need urgent assessment, not a massage belt.
