The Muscles Your Hands Can’t Reach
You can massage your own shoulders. You cannot effectively massage the deep cervical muscles that run either side of the neck’s spine, because reaching them requires an angle your own arm doesn’t have. EMS bypasses the problem entirely: instead of pushing tissue from outside, it stimulates the muscle to contract and release from within, which increases blood flow and breaks the tension-pain loop.
Key Benefits
- EMS stimulation reaches deep cervical muscle that manual massage cannot
- Multiple modes — kneading, tapping and pulse patterns
- Heat function to soften stiff tissue
- Hands-free — works while you sit, read or commute
- USB rechargeable
- Adjustable intensity from very gentle upward
How to Use
Position on the back of the neck. Start at the lowest intensity — EMS feels strange before it feels good — and increase to firm but never painful. Fifteen minutes, up to twice daily. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, or on the front of the neck. Consult a doctor if you have a heart condition.
