The Consumable Everyone Forgets
Electrode pads are a consumable. The conductive gel loses tack after roughly 20 to 30 uses, and once a pad stops making full contact it delivers a patchy, sharp sensation and people conclude the machine is broken. It isn’t. It needs pads. Keeping a spare set is the single cheapest thing you can do to keep a TENS unit useful.
Key Benefits
- Self-adhesive conductive gel for even, comfortable current delivery
- Reusable — roughly 20 to 30 applications per pad with proper care
- Standard 2mm pin connector, compatible with most consumer units
- Restores comfort — worn pads are what make TENS feel sharp
- Keep a spare set so treatment never stops
How to Use
Check your unit uses 2mm pin connectors before ordering. Apply to clean, dry, oil-free skin — moisturiser is the main reason pads stop sticking. Always return the pad to its plastic backing after use; leaving it exposed to air is what kills the gel. If a pad loses tack, a single drop of water smoothed over the gel surface will often revive it.
