Vibration Finds What Pressure Misses
Static pressure works, but vibration works faster. High-frequency oscillation reduces the tissue’s resistance to being deformed, which means the same amount of pressure penetrates further and the muscle gives up its tension sooner. A dual-head design also lets you straddle the spine or a tendon and work the muscle either side of it — something a single ball or roller can’t do safely.
Key Benefits
- High-frequency vibration releases fascia faster than static pressure
- Dual-head design straddles the spine and tendons to work either side safely
- Multiple intensity levels
- Rechargeable and cordless
- Reaches trigger points a foam roller passes over
- Compact enough for a gym bag
How to Use
Switch on and glide slowly across the muscle, letting the vibration do the work rather than pressing hard. Pause on tender points for 10 to 20 seconds. Two minutes per area is enough. When using along the spine, keep the heads either side of the vertebrae — never directly on bone. Avoid joints, the front of the neck and any bruised or injured tissue.
