One Ice Pack Is Never Enough
This is a 10-pack of reusable gel ice packs at $24.99, CIQ certified, available in 100ml, 200ml, 400ml and 600ml sizes, usable hot or cold. The practical problem with owning one ice pack is that icing protocol says 15–20 minutes on, then at least an hour off – and by the time you want the second round, the pack you used is warm. With ten packs, there is always a cold one ready, and you can size the pack to the joint rather than draping a large one over a wrist.
Key Benefits
- Ten packs. Always one cold and ready – which is what makes an icing protocol realistic rather than theoretical.
- Multiple sizes. 100ml for a wrist or a finger, 600ml for a knee or a shoulder.
- Hot or cold. Freeze for swelling and fresh injury, warm for stiffness and old aches.
- Reusable and eco-friendly. No single-use packs to buy again.
- CIQ certified.
How to Use
- Cold: 15–20 minutes on the injury, with a thin cloth between the pack and bare skin, then at least an hour off before the next round.
- Heat: warm gently and test on the inner wrist before applying. Never apply heat to a fresh, swollen injury – it makes swelling worse.
- Cold for the first 48 hours after an injury and for any active swelling; heat for stiffness and chronic aches afterwards.
- Size the pack to the body part – a 600ml pack on a finger is not useful.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long should I ice an injury?
15 to 20 minutes at a time, with at least an hour between sessions, and always with a thin cloth between the pack and bare skin. Longer does not help and risks an ice burn.
Ice or heat?
Ice for the first 48 hours after an injury and for anything actively swollen – it constricts blood vessels and reduces swelling. Heat afterwards, for stiffness and lingering aches. Heat on a fresh swollen injury makes it worse.
Why ten packs?
Because the icing protocol requires a cold pack ready every hour or so, and a single pack is warm after one use. Ten packs mean there is always one ready, and you can size the pack to the body part.
Are they reusable indefinitely?
Yes, as long as the pack is intact. Discard any that split or leak.
Can I use them on a child?
Use extra care – always with a cloth barrier, shorter sessions, and check the skin frequently. Children have thinner skin and are more susceptible to cold injury.
