Self-Heating Neck Support – Magnetic Warming Neck Brace

$27.99

A self-heating neck support uses magnets and heat-retaining fabric to keep the neck warm without power. It is an adjustable wrap with a padded contour and hook-and-loop closure. The warmth comes from insulation rather than an element; magnetic therapy claims are not supported by good evidence.

Common questions

Should I use heat or ice?
Ice for the first forty-eight hours after an injury, while there is swelling. Heat afterwards, and for chronic stiffness, muscle tension and period cramps. Heat on a fresh swollen injury tends to make the swelling worse.
How long should you use a heating pad?
Fifteen to twenty minutes at a time, over a layer of clothing rather than bare skin. Never sleep with a heated device on.
Who should avoid heat therapy?
Anyone with reduced sensation in the area, including diabetic neuropathy, because low-level heat can burn skin that cannot feel it. Also avoid heat over an open wound, an active infection or a numb area.
