The Feet You’ve Been Ignoring
There are more than 7,000 nerve endings in each foot, and most of them spend the day pressed flat inside a shoe on a flat floor. A reflexology mat reintroduces texture. Walking slowly across the nodes stimulates the sole, the arch and the heel in a way that flat ground never does — and the sensation, once you’re past the first minute, is closer to relief than discomfort.
Key Benefits
- Two mats — link them for a longer walking path, or use one seated
- Textured acupressure nodes stimulate the entire sole
- Encourages circulation in feet that live in shoes
- Used for plantar fascia tightness and general foot fatigue
- No effort required — you stand or walk, that’s the session
- Non-slip base
How to Use
Begin with socks on. Walk slowly across the mats for 3 to 5 minutes, then build to 10 as tolerance improves. Do not use if you have diabetic neuropathy, reduced sensation in the feet, open wounds or poor foot circulation, or if pregnant, without first speaking to a doctor.
