For the Poses Your Mat Doesn’t Cushion
Standard yoga mats are 4 to 6mm thick, which is right for grip and stability and wrong for kneeling. Low lunge, camel, tabletop, any long-held kneeling pose — they all put your bodyweight through a joint with very little tissue between bone and floor. A kneeling pad adds targeted thickness exactly where you need it, without making your whole mat squishy and unstable.
Key Benefits
- High-density foam that cushions without bottoming out under bodyweight
- Protects knees, wrists, elbows and hips during kneeling and floor poses
- Non-slip surface stays put on a mat or hard floor
- Layer on top of your existing mat — no need to replace it
- Light and easy to carry to a studio
- Also useful for gardening, DIY and home workouts
How to Use
Place the pad on top of your mat wherever the contact point will be. For low lunges, position it under the rear knee. For tabletop and cat-cow, slide it under both knees. Wipe it down after sweaty sessions.
