Silent Basketball – Soft PU Foam Indoor Training Ball

Common questions

What surface should agility drills be done on?

Flat grass, turf or a gym floor with clear run-out space. Peg ladders and nets down even on grass, since equipment that shifts underfoot causes the trips it is meant to prevent.

How do you use a reaction ball?

Bounce it against a hard flat surface or a wall and react to the unpredictable bounce. Carpet, grass and dirt kill the erratic rebound the drill depends on.

Flat discs or tall cones?

Flat discs for anything players run over, because tall cones roll underfoot and cause ankle injuries. Tall cones are for marking boundaries and slalom lines.
