Flexibility You Can Actually Measure
Most people have no idea whether their stretching is working, because ‘it feels a bit easier’ is not data. A multi-loop strap turns flexibility into something countable: you hold loop 7 today, loop 6 next month, loop 5 the month after. That measurability is quietly the most useful thing about it — people persist with what they can see progress in, and abandon what they can’t.
Key Benefits
- Twelve individual loops — progress is countable, not a guess
- Hold a different loop as flexibility improves, for progressive stretching
- Secure grip — the loops don’t slip mid-stretch like a plain strap can
- Works for hamstrings, hips, quads, shoulders and calves
- Suits every level, from beginner to dancer
- Lightweight and packable
How to Use
Hook a foot or hand into the end loop, then grip whichever loop puts you at a firm but comfortable stretch. Note which loop it was. Hold 30 to 60 seconds, breathing steadily — never bounce. Over weeks, work toward a shorter loop. Stretch when warm, not cold; after training is better than before.
