Five Modes, Because Backs Differ
A single vibration pattern works for some people and does nothing for others. Backs are not uniform: a lumbar spine stiff from sitting responds differently from one sore after deadlifts, and both differ from chronic ache. Five modes plus adjustable heat means you can find the combination that works for your back rather than accepting whatever the manufacturer chose.
Key Benefits
- Five vibration modes — real variation, not cosmetic settings
- Heat therapy to loosen stiff connective tissue
- Adjustable intensity and temperature
- Wraps and secures — hands-free at a desk or in a chair
- Auto shut-off
- Good for chronic lumbar stiffness and post-training soreness
How to Use
Wrap around the lower back and secure. Start on the lowest heat and mildest vibration mode. Warmth should be pleasant, never hot. Fifteen to twenty minutes. Do not use in the first 48 hours after an acute back injury — use cold. Do not sleep in it. Seek urgent medical attention if back pain is accompanied by numbness, leg weakness, or any change in bladder or bowel control.
