Heat Where the Joint Is Stiff
Heat and vibration do different jobs, and a stiff knee benefits from both. Heat increases local blood flow and makes connective tissue more pliable, which is why an arthritic knee moves better after a warm shower. Vibration adds mechanical stimulation and helps interrupt pain signalling. Wrapping both around the joint for fifteen minutes is a genuinely effective way to start a morning or end a training day.
Key Benefits
- Heat therapy increases blood flow and loosens stiff connective tissue
- Vibration massage stimulates tissue and helps damp pain signals
- Adjustable heat and intensity settings
- Wraps and secures around the joint — hands-free
- Commonly used for arthritis stiffness, joint aches and post-training soreness
- Also fits the elbow and shoulder on most users
How to Use
Wrap around the knee and secure. Start on the lowest heat setting and increase only to comfortable warmth — never hot. Use for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Do not use on an acutely injured, swollen or bruised joint within the first 48 hours, when cold is more appropriate than heat. Do not use on numb or broken skin, or while sleeping. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or circulatory problems, speak to your doctor before using heat therapy.
