For the Neck Your Monitor Gave You
Cervical tension from screen work builds in a very specific place: the base of the neck, where the head’s weight is held forward for hours. EMS — electrical muscle stimulation — sends low-frequency pulses through the tissue, causing gentle contraction and release that increases blood flow and interrupts the pain-tension cycle. Combined with heat, and small enough to wear while you carry on working.
Key Benefits
- EMS pulse stimulation works the deep cervical muscles you can’t reach by hand
- Heat function raises blood flow to stiff tissue
- Multiple modes and intensities
- Hands-free — sits on the neck while you work
- Compact and rechargeable for desk or travel
- Built for screen-related neck tension
How to Use
Place against the back of the neck and switch on at the lowest intensity, increasing until the pulse feels firm but comfortable — never painful. Use for 15 minutes per session, up to twice daily. Do not use if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, if you have epilepsy, or over the front of the neck (the carotid area). Consult a doctor before use if you have a heart condition.
