A Sharper Edge on Trigger Points
Smooth rollers spread pressure evenly across a wide contact patch. That’s comfortable, but it’s also why stubborn knots survive them. A hexagonal roller does the opposite: its flat faces and defined edges concentrate force into a narrower band, letting you dig into a specific trigger point the way a thumb would — but with your bodyweight behind it.
Key Benefits
- Hexagonal profile concentrates pressure along the edges for genuinely deeper release
- Flat faces let the roller sit still under a muscle so you can hold sustained pressure
- Compact 30cm length fits in a gym bag and works well on calves, forearms and feet
- High-density EVA resists compression set — it stays hard
- Rotate between faces and edges to vary intensity without buying a second roller
How to Use
Start on a flat face to warm the tissue, then rotate onto an edge and work directly into the knot. Move slowly — an inch per second — and pause on tender points for 20 to 30 seconds. Because pressure is concentrated, reduce your bodyweight by supporting more on your hands until you know how your tissue responds. Limit any single trigger point to 90 seconds.
