Harder Than Foam, Simpler Than Anything
Foam rollers compress. That’s fine for most people, but once tissue adapts, a foam roller stops delivering enough pressure to change anything — you’re just rolling around on something that gives way beneath you. Wood does not give way. It transmits every bit of the force you apply, which makes it the natural step up when foam stops working, and it does so without a battery, a motor, or an eventual trip to landfill.
Key Benefits
- Solid wood — no compression, so all your pressure reaches the tissue
- Significantly firmer than foam, the natural progression once foam stops working
- Excellent for trigger points and stubborn adhesions
- Widely used for cellulite and lymphatic massage on thighs and glutes
- No batteries, no motor, nothing to break
- Handles give leverage for controlled pressure
How to Use
Roll slowly along the muscle, moving toward the heart on the limbs. This is firmer than foam — start with lighter pressure than you think you need. Thirty to sixty seconds per area, pausing on tender points. Use an oil on bare skin to prevent drag. Never roll over bone, joints, varicose veins or broken skin.
