Train Reaction Speed, Not Just Punch Power
Hitting hard is a strength problem. Hitting the right target in time is a nervous-system problem, and that is what this machine trains. LED pads illuminate in unpredictable sequences, so every punch begins as a visual cue that your brain must process, decide on, and convert into a motor command. Repeat that loop under time pressure and the pathway gets faster and more efficient, which is why reaction training transfers to sparring and to any sport that rewards quick hands. The music mode adds a tempo you must keep, which holds your heart rate in a steady aerobic zone.
Key Benefits
- Cue-driven reaction training. Randomised LED sequences mean you cannot pre-plan the combination, so you train visual processing and motor response together rather than rehearsing a pattern.
- Rhythm work through the speaker. Bluetooth pairs to your phone and the built-in speaker plays your music, so you can drill to a beat and hold a consistent output rather than punching in bursts.
- Genuine conditioning, honestly framed. Three-minute rounds on a reaction target will get your heart rate up and your shoulders burning. It is cardio and coordination work; it is not a heavy bag and it will not build punching power the way a bag does.
- Fits where a bag will not. Wall-mounted and slim, it works in a spare room, garage or hallway with no ceiling joist, no floor stand and no swinging mass.
- Cordless and rechargeable. A 2000mAh battery means no trailing cable across the floor of your training space.
- Gloves included. You can train the day it arrives rather than waiting on a second order.
How to Use
Mount the unit to a solid wall – masonry, or into studs with the supplied fixings. A plasterboard-only fixing will not survive repeated impact. Stand at roughly arm’s length so your elbow is still slightly bent at full extension; punching with a locked-out elbow into a rigid wall-mounted pad is how people injure elbows. Wrap your hands, wear the gloves, and warm the wrists and shoulders first. Work in rounds: three minutes on, one minute rest, three to five rounds. Use light-to-moderate contact and prioritise speed and accuracy – this is a reaction target, not a power bag, so do not throw everything you have at a fixed wall. Stop if you feel wrist or elbow pain.

Care & Maintenance
Wipe the striking pads and housing with a damp cloth after each session – sweat degrades the surface over time. Never submerge the unit or run it under a tap; it contains electronics and a battery. Air the gloves out rather than sealing them in a bag. Recharge every couple of months even if unused, as lithium cells degrade when stored flat. Check the wall fixings periodically and retighten if there is any movement.
