Not Everything Needs Spikes
Spiked and knobbled rollers are marketed as the serious option, and for dense, adapted tissue they have a place. But for sensitive muscle, for beginners, and for anyone recovering from injury, aggressive texture is counterproductive — the tissue guards against it and tightens rather than releasing. A smooth surface delivers even pressure that muscle actually accepts, and 16cm makes it precise enough for calves, forearms and feet.
Key Benefits
- Smooth, thornless surface — even pressure that tissue accepts rather than resists
- Better for sensitive muscle, beginners and injury recovery
- Compact 16cm for calves, forearms, feet and shins
- Manual control — you decide the pressure, not the tool
- Nothing to charge
- Fits in a bag or a desk drawer
How to Use
Roll slowly along the muscle with steady, even pressure — around an inch per second. Pause on tender spots for 20 to 30 seconds until the sensation eases. Thirty to sixty seconds per area. Roll toward the heart on the limbs. Do not roll over bone, joints or the lower back.
