Stimulation Without the Setup

EMS works by sending low-frequency electrical pulses through a muscle, causing it to contract and release. That drives blood flow, helps break the tension-pain cycle, and can support muscle activation before training. The barrier has always been the faff: gels, wires, a control box. Wireless and USB-rechargeable removes all of it — charge it, stick it on, switch it on.

Key Benefits

  • Fully wireless — no control box, no cables
  • USB rechargeable from any phone charger or laptop
  • Multiple modes and intensity levels
  • Use on shoulders, back, arms, legs or abdomen
  • Silent — usable at a desk
  • Reusable gel pads

How to Use

Apply to clean, dry skin over the muscle belly. Never place over the heart, the front of the neck, or directly on the spine. Begin at the lowest intensity — EMS feels odd before it feels good — and work up. Fifteen to twenty minutes per session. Do not use with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, or with a heart condition without medical advice.

Common questions

Who should not use a TENS or EMS device?
Anyone with a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other implanted electronic device, anyone who is pregnant, and anyone with epilepsy or a heart rhythm disorder should not use one without medical advice. Never place electrodes over the front of the neck, across the chest, on the head, or over broken skin.
What is the difference between TENS and EMS?
TENS uses low-level pulses aimed at interrupting pain signals. EMS uses stronger pulses that make the muscle contract. Many units do both, but they are different settings with different purposes.
How often do gel pads need replacing?
Most pads last twenty to thirty sessions before they stop sticking. Wash the skin first and put the protective film back on after each use. Pressing a dried-out pad harder does not restore contact.
