Recovery That Fits in Your Bag
Full-size rollers are unwieldy. They don’t fit in a carry-on, they don’t fit in a gym bag, and so they mostly sit at home doing nothing. A mini roller solves the compliance problem: it lives where you train. It won’t replace a full-length roller for thoracic extension, but for the muscles most people actually neglect — calves, forearms, the soles of the feet — it’s the better tool anyway.
Key Benefits
- 15cm length fits a gym bag, desk drawer or carry-on
- Precise contact patch targets small muscles a full-size roller rolls straight over
- Soft-touch textured surface grips without pinching skin
- Ideal for feet — roll underfoot to relieve plantar fascia tightness
- Doubles as a travel tool for post-flight calf and hip flexor work
How to Use
For calves, sit on the floor with the roller beneath one calf and lift your hips to load it. For feet, stay seated and roll the arch under moderate pressure for 60 seconds per foot. For forearms, place the roller on a table and lean into it. Work slowly and pause on tender points for 20 to 30 seconds.
