Compression Bandage Wrap – Adjustable Knee, Elbow & Wrist Support

Price range: $14.99 through $51.99

A compression bandage wrap gives adjustable support to the knee, elbow or ankle. It is elastic woven fabric with a hook-and-loop closure that lets you set the tension. Wrap from below the joint upward and leave it loose enough that the skin beyond stays warm and pink.

One Wrap, Every Joint

The advantage of a bandage over a sleeve is control. A sleeve compresses at whatever level it was knitted to, on the one joint it was shaped for. A wrap lets you dial tension up for a working set and back down for the rest of the day, and it fits the knee, the elbow, the wrist and the ankle equally well.

Key Benefits

  • Adjustable tension — you set the level of support
  • Fits knee, elbow, wrist and ankle
  • Lengths from 40cm to 180cm to suit joint size and wrap style
  • High-recovery elastic that doesn’t loosen mid-session
  • Secure closure that holds through movement
  • Washable and reusable

How to Use

Wrap from below the joint upward in overlapping turns, each covering roughly half the previous. Aim for firm, not tight: you should be able to slide a finger beneath the edge. Loosen immediately if you feel tingling or numbness or see any colour change below the wrap. Do not sleep in it.

Common questions

Should I wear a wrist brace at night?
For carpal tunnel symptoms, night-time is when a neutral-position splint helps most, because the wrist tends to curl during sleep. Numbness that wakes you or hand weakness should be assessed by a clinician.
What is the difference between a wrist wrap and a wrist brace?
Lifting wrist wraps are stiff straps you cinch for a working set and loosen between sets. A brace has a rigid stay and holds the joint in one position for hours. They are not interchangeable.
Can I wear a wrist support all day?
Only if a clinician has told you to. Wearing a splint constantly lets the forearm muscles that stabilise the wrist do less work, which can prolong the problem.
