Big Enough to Cover the Problem
Small heating pads make you choose which part of your back to treat. At 30 × 60cm this covers the entire lumbar region, or drapes across both shoulders, or wraps the abdomen — which matters because muscular back pain is rarely confined to a coin-sized spot. Heat increases local blood flow and makes stiff connective tissue more pliable, and it can only do that where it’s actually touching.
Key Benefits
- Large 30 × 60cm surface — covers the whole lower back or both shoulders
- Fast heat-up
- Multiple heat settings
- Auto shut-off for safety
- Soft cover, comfortable against skin
- Good for back, shoulders and abdomen
How to Use
Place on the area and start at the lowest setting. Warmth should be pleasant, never hot enough to redden skin. Twenty to thirty minutes with breaks. Do not fall asleep on it — burns from heating pads almost always happen to people who fell asleep. Use heat for stiffness and chronic ache; use cold for the first 48 hours after an acute injury. Not for use on numb or broken skin, or by anyone with diabetes or neuropathy without medical advice.
