Electric Neck Massage Pads – Shoulder & Neck Relief Stimulator

$21.99

Electric neck massage pads apply EMS stimulation and heat to the neck and shoulder muscles. They are wearable pads with multiple modes and intensity levels on rechargeable controllers. Never place electrical stimulation over the front of the throat, and avoid EMS entirely with a pacemaker or implanted device.

Therapy You Can Wear to Work

The problem with most neck massagers is that you cannot wear one into a meeting. Adhesive pads solve that: they sit flat against the skin, run silently, and disappear under a shirt. It means the fifteen minutes of therapy happens during the workday that’s causing the tension, rather than at 9pm when the knot has already set.

Key Benefits

  • Adhesive pads sit flat and stay invisible under clothing
  • Silent operation — usable in an office or on a call
  • Multiple modes and intensities
  • Place anywhere: neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back
  • Rechargeable and pocket-sized
  • Reusable gel pads

How to Use

Clean and dry the skin, then apply the pads either side of the tight area — never directly over the spine or the front of the neck. Start on the lowest setting. Fifteen to twenty minutes per session. Do not use with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, or over broken skin. Consult a doctor if you have a heart condition.

Common questions

Who should not use a TENS or EMS device?
Anyone with a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other implanted electronic device, anyone who is pregnant, and anyone with epilepsy or a heart rhythm disorder should not use one without medical advice. Never place electrodes over the front of the neck, across the chest, on the head, or over broken skin.
What is the difference between TENS and EMS?
TENS uses low-level pulses aimed at interrupting pain signals. EMS uses stronger pulses that make the muscle contract. Many units do both, but they are different settings with different purposes.
How often do gel pads need replacing?
Most pads last twenty to thirty sessions before they stop sticking. Wash the skin first and put the protective film back on after each use. Pressing a dried-out pad harder does not restore contact.
