Quiet Enough for a Meeting
Metal grippers click, clack and announce themselves. A silicone ring makes no noise at all, which sounds trivial until you realise it’s the difference between training your grip for ten minutes a day and never training it. It’s also gentler than a spring gripper, which makes it the more sensible starting point for rehabilitation after a wrist or hand injury, or for arthritic hands where a metal gripper is simply too much.
Key Benefits
- Completely silent — usable at a desk, in a meeting, on a call
- Gentler than spring grippers — a sensible starting point for rehab
- Suits arthritic hands where metal grippers are too aggressive
- Trains fingers individually as well as whole-hand grip
- Soft silicone that won’t blister the palm
- Pocket-sized
How to Use
Squeeze and release slowly, 15 to 20 reps, several times a day. For finger work, press individual fingers into the ring. Control the release — that’s where the work is. If you’re rehabilitating an injury, follow your physiotherapist’s guidance on volume; more is not better with healing tissue. Stop if you get sharp pain.
