Pressure You Control With Your Hands
A foam roller uses your bodyweight, which means the pressure is whatever your bodyweight happens to be — and you’re on the floor, contorted, holding a plank to control it. A stick roller puts control in your hands: sit in a chair, roll your quad, and dial the pressure precisely up or down with your arms. For athletes rolling between sets or at the trackside, it’s simply more practical.
Key Benefits
- Two handles — you control pressure with your arms, not your bodyweight
- Rotating segments that roll over tissue rather than dragging skin
- Use it seated, at the gym or trackside — no floor required
- Excellent for quads, calves, hamstrings and IT band
- Quick to use between sets or events
- Durable, no maintenance
How to Use
Grip both handles and roll along the muscle with steady, even pressure — about an inch per second. Pause on tender spots for 20 to 30 seconds. Thirty to sixty seconds per muscle group. Roll toward the heart on the limbs. Avoid bone, joints and the lower back.
