Two Handles Change What You Can Train
A plain loop band is awkward for upper-body work: you’re gripping rubber, it slips, and the tension is never even between hands. The figure-8 gives you a defined handle at each end and a stable centre, which turns it into a proper tool for chest flyes, rows, pull-aparts and rear delt work — the upper-back and rotator cuff movements that almost every lifter neglects and then pays for with shoulder problems.
Key Benefits
- Two defined handles — even tension, no slipping
- Excellent for pull-aparts and rear delts, the muscles most lifters ignore
- Trains chest, arms, shoulders and upper back
- High elasticity with a smooth resistance curve
- Genuinely portable — fits in a pocket
- Good for rotator cuff work and shoulder health
How to Use
Grip a handle in each hand. For pull-aparts, hold at chest height with arms straight and pull the hands apart, squeezing the shoulder blades — 15 to 20 slow reps. For chest work, anchor behind you and press forward. Control the return. Inspect for nicks before each use; discard if damaged. Never stretch toward your face.
