A Full-Body Session in a Drawer
You don’t need a rack to train hard. A three-band set covers every movement pattern a barbell does — push, pull, hinge, squat, carry — with resistance that increases through the range rather than staying constant. That makes it kinder on joints and unusually good for the things lifters neglect: rotator cuff, rear delts, glute medius. It also travels, which is the honest reason most people stay consistent.
Key Benefits
- Three tension levels for progressive overload across all movement patterns
- Covers push, pull, hinge and squat — a genuine full-body toolkit
- Variable resistance that’s easier on joints than fixed loads
- Excellent for rotator cuff, rear delts and glute work
- Travels anywhere — hotel room, park, office
- Durable natural latex with strong elastic recovery
How to Use
Anchor underfoot for presses and curls, or around a fixed post for rows and pull-aparts. Control the eccentric — lower slowly. Two to three sets of 10 to 15 reps per exercise. Inspect for tears before each use and discard damaged bands; never stretch a band toward your face.
