For Anyone Who Can’t Use Latex
Most resistance bands are natural latex, and latex allergy is common enough — around 4% of the general population, considerably higher among healthcare workers — that it genuinely matters. TPE is a synthetic thermoplastic elastomer with similar elastic behaviour and no latex proteins. If you’ve reacted to bands before, this is why, and this is the fix. It’s also less prone to the powdery degradation latex develops with age.
Key Benefits
- Latex-free TPE — safe for latex allergies and sensitivities
- Smooth, consistent resistance through the range
- Doesn’t degrade into powder the way ageing latex does
- Suits yoga, pilates and physical therapy
- Gentle on skin — no talc, no sticky residue
- Lightweight and packable
How to Use
Anchor underfoot or hold in both hands and move slowly, controlling the return. Two to three sets of 10 to 15 reps. Inspect the band for nicks or tears before every use and discard any that are damaged. Never stretch a band toward your face. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat, which degrade the material over time.
