Two Good Ideas in One Strap
Rigid multi-loop straps let you measure progress. Elastic straps let the stretch deepen as the muscle relaxes. This does both: numbered loops for progression you can track, elastic material that gives slightly through a 60-second hold rather than locking you at your starting depth. Since most of a stretch’s benefit arrives in the second half of the hold, that give matters more than it sounds.
Key Benefits
- Twelve numbered loops for measurable, progressive flexibility
- Elastic give so the stretch follows you as the muscle releases
- Secure loops that don’t slip
- Full-body: hamstrings, hips, quads, shoulders, calves
- Gentler than a rigid strap — no hard end-stop
- Packs flat
How to Use
Loop the foot or hand, grip the loop that gives a firm but comfortable stretch, and hold for 30 to 60 seconds while breathing steadily. Let the stretch deepen naturally through the hold — don’t force it. Never bounce; bouncing triggers a reflexive contraction and works against you. Stretch when warm.
