4-Tube Pedal Resistance Band – Multifunction Rowing Trainer

$15.99

A 4-tube pedal resistance band is a seated rowing trainer with a foot pedal and stackable tubes. It includes four tubes, padded handles and a wide foot stirrup, adjusting resistance by how many tubes you attach. It gives a rowing-style pull without a machine, though the resistance curve rises through the stroke rather than staying constant.

You Are the Anchor

The eternal problem with resistance bands is finding something to attach them to. Doors, posts, radiators — all improvised, all occasionally alarming. A pedal band solves it by making you the anchor: your own feet brace against a foot plate, so the band anchors to your body. That means it works anywhere, on any floor, with nothing to attach to and nothing to pull loose.

Key Benefits

  • Foot plate anchor — no door, no post, nothing to pull free
  • Four tubes for meaningful resistance, not a token band
  • Excellent for seated rows and upper back — the postural muscles desk work destroys
  • Also trains arms, shoulders and abs
  • Works on any floor, anywhere
  • Packs completely flat

How to Use

Sit on the floor with legs extended and brace both feet against the foot plate. Grip the handles and row, driving the elbows back and squeezing the shoulder blades together — that squeeze is where the upper-back work happens. Sit tall; don’t round the lower back. Two to three sets of 12 to 15 reps. Inspect the tubes for nicks before each use.

Common questions

How much weight do resistance bands equal?
Band resistance rises as you stretch it, so the stated pound rating is a peak figure rather than a constant load. A stacked tube set typically covers roughly 10 to 150 lb depending on how many tubes you attach.
How do I anchor a resistance band safely?
Use the supplied door anchor on a door that opens away from you, and test it with a slow pull before loading it. Never anchor to a door handle, a radiator, or anything that could come loose under tension.
When should I replace a resistance band?
As soon as you see nicks, tackiness, colour fading or surface cracking, especially where the tube meets the clip. A band that fails under tension snaps back hard.
