Both Sides, Same Session
Stretching one leg at a time doubles the time a session takes, and time is the reason stretching gets skipped. Two straps let you work both sides simultaneously — a supine hamstring stretch on both legs at once, for example — which halves the session and dramatically improves the odds you’ll still be doing it in a month. Eight loops each gives you measurable progression.
Key Benefits
- Two straps — work both sides at once and halve the session
- Eight numbered loops each for measurable progression
- Secure loops that don’t slip mid-hold
- Full-body: hamstrings, hips, quads, shoulders, calves
- Standard tool in physical therapy
- Lightweight
How to Use
Loop the feet and grip the loop that gives a firm but comfortable stretch — never pain. Hold 30 to 60 seconds and keep breathing; the muscle releases in the second half of the hold. Never bounce. Track which loop you used and work toward a shorter one over the weeks. Stretch warm.
