Steady Calves, Faster Recovery
Calf sleeves do two jobs. During activity, graduated compression supports the muscle and dampens the vibration that contributes to shin splints and micro-damage. Afterwards, that same compression assists venous return — helping move blood back toward the heart rather than pooling in the lower leg, which is what leaves legs feeling heavy the day after a long run.
Key Benefits
- Graduated compression — firmest at the ankle, easing toward the knee, to assist circulation
- Muscle stabilisation reduces vibration and the fatigue that follows it
- Commonly used for shin splints and calf strain support
- Wear during or after training — many runners sleep in them after a hard session
- Breathable, moisture-wicking knit that doesn’t turn clammy
- Open foot design so you can wear them with any sock
How to Use
Roll the sleeve on from the ankle upward — do not pull from the top, which distorts the compression gradient. The tighter end sits at the ankle. Wear during running or training, or for 1 to 2 hours afterwards to aid recovery. Remove if you feel numbness or tingling. If you have circulatory conditions, deep vein thrombosis risk or diabetes, consult your doctor before use.
