Compression Sleeves & Socks

Compression garments apply graduated pressure — firmest at the extremity, easing further up — which supports circulation back toward the heart and reduces the heavy, tired feeling in legs after standing or training. For arms, the same garments mostly do sun protection and warmth.

This collection holds 30 compression sleeves and socks, in 15–20 mmHg everyday and firmer grades.

Choosing a compression level

Pressure Feels like Typical use
8–15 mmHg Light Everyday wear, mild tiredness
15–20 mmHg Firm Travel, standing all day, training recovery
20–30 mmHg Very firm Usually worn on clinical advice

Frequently asked questions

How do I size compression socks?

Measure the ankle at its narrowest point and the calf at its widest, in the morning before swelling builds. Shoe size alone will not give a correct fit.

How long can I wear compression socks?

Through the day is normal for 15–20 mmHg. Take them off at night unless a clinician has advised otherwise, and stop if you get numbness, tingling or skin discolouration.

Do compression sleeves speed up recovery?

They reliably reduce the perception of soreness and leg heaviness after exercise. The evidence that they meaningfully speed tissue repair is weaker — buy them for comfort, which they deliver.
