Work the Scalp, Not the Headache
Tension headaches don’t originate in your head. They originate in the muscles across the scalp, the temples and the ridge at the base of the skull — tissue that tightens from clenching, screen work and stress, and that almost nobody ever massages. A comb gives you the leverage to apply real pressure there; fingertips tire long before the muscle lets go.
Key Benefits
- Comb teeth apply pressure across the scalp that fingertips cannot sustain
- Gua sha edge for the face, jaw and neck
- Stimulates scalp circulation
- Used for tension headaches and jaw clenching
- Natural material, smooth polished finish
- No batteries, nothing to charge
How to Use
Draw the teeth slowly from the hairline back toward the crown, and from the base of the skull upward — around ten passes per line, firm enough to feel but never painful. For the face, apply an oil first and use the smooth edge, stroking outward and upward with light pressure. Never use gua sha on dry skin, and never press hard enough to bruise the face.
