Resistance band handles are durable and comfortable. They are compatible for home gym fitness machines. The foam grips is comfortable and secure with screw thread. The webbing is solid and sturdy. Braided nylon straps are super strong for exercising triceps, biceps, back, shoulders and improving grip strength.

The pulley is made of aluminum alloy. It is so carefully designed without noise when you use it. The pulley is fixed by 2 expansion screws. When you use it, it is very stable and does not shake. Loading pin is welded to be very strong.

The frame is made of thickened steel with 2 pulley. Therefore, the rope is not easy to jump out of the pulley groove, and the tray is not easy to shake. The solder joints are so very strong. Four expansion screws can be drilled into the concrete wall. There are three small holes on it, which is very convenient for hanging things.

The wire rope is strong and wear-resistant. The outer skin is composed of PU material. The interior is composed of multiple strands of steel wire. The rope is very flexible and not easy to break.
