Two Layers of Support
A compression sleeve alone helps swelling and proprioception. Straps alone give stability but no circulation benefit. Combining them lets you have both, and — more usefully — lets you change the ratio: strap it lightly for a run, tighten it hard for a lateral-cutting sport where the ankle is likely to roll.
Key Benefits
- Compression sleeve base for swelling control and joint awareness
- Adjustable stabilising straps over the top — you set the support level
- Supports lateral stability, the direction most ankles roll
- Low profile — fits inside most trainers and boots
- Breathable for extended wear
- Fits either ankle
How to Use
Roll the sleeve on first, then secure the straps in a figure-of-eight around the ankle. Firm and supportive; never numbing. Wear during activity. If you have just sustained an acute sprain with significant swelling or you cannot bear weight, see a clinician — a brace is not a substitute for assessment.
