For the Bar, Not the Desk
There are two entirely different products both called ‘wrist supports’, and buying the wrong one is a waste of money. Medical sleeves are soft and worn all day. Lifting wraps are stiff, worn tight for the duration of a set, and exist to stop the wrist collapsing backwards under a heavy bar. These are the second kind. They are not comfortable to wear at a desk, and they’re not meant to be.
Key Benefits
- Stiff, heavy-duty construction that genuinely resists wrist extension under load
- Long wrap for multiple turns and real tension
- Thumb loop to anchor while you wrap
- Built for bench, overhead press and heavy grip work
- Secure closure that holds through a max set
- Sold as a pair
How to Use
Hook the thumb loop, wrap tightly across the wrist joint — not up the forearm — and fasten. Wrap for the set, and unwrap between sets: leaving them cinched tight for a whole session restricts circulation. If your wrists hurt during pressing even in wraps, the issue is usually bar position or grip width, not the wrist. Wraps let you press heavy; they do not fix technique.
