Loops Beat a Buckle
A traditional buckled yoga strap has one flaw everyone discovers eventually: mid-stretch, one hand needs to let go to adjust the buckle, and the whole position collapses. Individual loops remove the problem. You grip a loop, it holds, and you can change hand position without stopping. It also happens to make progress measurable, which is the reason people keep at it.
Key Benefits
- Ten individual loops — no buckle to fumble with mid-stretch
- Secure grip that won’t slip under tension
- Measurable progression — track the loop number over weeks
- Full-body: hamstrings, hips, quads, shoulders, calves
- Suits every level, beginner to advanced
- Lightweight and packable
How to Use
Hook a foot or hand into the end loop and grip whichever loop puts you at a firm, comfortable stretch. Hold 30 to 60 seconds while breathing steadily — the muscle releases in the second half of the hold, so don’t cut it short. Never bounce. Stretch warm, not cold.
