Support the Arch, Cup the Heel
Most insoles are just a flat layer of foam, which cushions but supports nothing. The two features that make a real difference for plantar fasciitis are a contoured arch — which holds the fascia in a shortened, unstrained position — and a deep heel cup, which cradles the fat pad under the heel instead of letting it spread outward under impact. This has both.
Key Benefits
- Contoured arch support that holds the plantar fascia in a supported position
- Deep heel cup that keeps the natural heel fat pad under the heel bone
- Memory foam that moulds to your foot with heat
- Shock absorption at heel strike
- Trimmable to fit most sports shoes
- Suits flat feet and fallen arches
How to Use
Remove your shoe’s existing insole and replace it with these — do not layer them on top, which tightens the fit and changes the heel height. Trim along the guide lines to your size. Expect a break-in period of a few days if you have not used arch support before; some initial arch ache is normal, prolonged pain is not. Plantar fasciitis usually needs insoles plus calf and fascia stretching plus load management. If it persists past six weeks, see a physiotherapist.
