Support the Tendon, Not the Whole Joint
Achilles tendon pain doesn’t need a full ankle brace. Immobilising a healthy joint to protect one tendon costs you mobility you didn’t need to lose. A targeted strap applies compression along the tendon itself — supporting it through push-off, which is where the load peaks — while leaving the ankle free to move.
Key Benefits
- Targeted Achilles compression without immobilising the ankle
- Adjustable strap for exact tension
- Supports the tendon through push-off, where load is highest
- Very low profile — fits inside any shoe
- Lightweight and breathable
- Fits either ankle
How to Use
Position the strap so the compression sits along the Achilles tendon above the heel. Firm, not tight. Wear during activity. Achilles tendinopathy responds to progressive loading — heel drops, calf raises — not to rest and straps alone. If pain persists beyond a few weeks, or if you felt a sudden snap or pop, see a clinician urgently; a suspected Achilles rupture is a medical emergency.
