Dial It Up or Down
Ankles roll sideways. That’s the mechanism in the overwhelming majority of sprains — the foot rolls inward under load and the ligaments on the outside take the force. A compression sleeve alone won’t stop that. Adding adjustable straps in a figure-of-eight configuration gives real lateral resistance, and being adjustable means you can run it light for a jog and lock it down for basketball.
Key Benefits
- Compression base for swelling control and joint awareness
- Adjustable stabilising straps that resist the sideways roll
- Set the support level — light for running, firm for cutting sports
- Low profile — fits inside most trainers
- Breathable for extended wear
- Fits either ankle
How to Use
Roll the sleeve on, then secure the straps in a figure-of-eight around the ankle. Firm and supportive; never numbing. Wear during activity. After a sprain, a brace helps you return to sport — but strengthening and balance work is what actually stops it happening again. If you cannot bear weight, or there is significant swelling and bruising, get it assessed before self-treating.
