For the First Ten Steps of the Morning
Plantar fasciitis has a signature: the worst pain of the day is your first few steps out of bed. That’s because the fascia tightens overnight and then gets abruptly stretched. Compression across the arch and heel supports the fascia through that load and reduces the sharpness — and worn overnight, it keeps the tissue from shortening in the first place.
Key Benefits
- Targeted arch compression supports the plantar fascia directly
- Heel and Achilles support in the same sleeve
- Wearable overnight to stop the fascia tightening while you sleep
- Low profile — fits inside a shoe for daytime wear
- Breathable, moisture-wicking
- Open toe and heel for wear with any sock
How to Use
Roll on from the toes and settle the arch band across the middle of the foot. Snug, never numbing. Wear inside shoes during the day, or overnight to reduce morning pain. Plantar fasciitis responds best to a combination of support, calf and fascia stretching, and load management — a sleeve alone rarely resolves it. If pain persists beyond six weeks, see a physiotherapist.
