Stability Without the Bulk
Rigid braces protect an ankle by stopping it moving. That’s right after an acute sprain, and wrong for almost everything else. A compression sleeve takes the opposite approach: it supports the joint through its normal range, improves proprioception — your sense of where the joint is in space — and reduces the swelling that follows load. Thin enough to disappear inside a shoe, which means you actually wear it.
Key Benefits
- Graduated compression supports the joint and helps control swelling
- Improves proprioception, the joint-position awareness that helps prevent re-injury
- Arch and heel support commonly used for plantar fasciitis relief
- Low-profile knit fits inside trainers, boots and work shoes
- Breathable, moisture-wicking — wearable all day without becoming clammy
- Sold as a pair
How to Use
Roll the sleeve on from the toes and settle it so the heel opening sits correctly on the heel. It should feel snug, never numbing. Wear during training, on long days on your feet, or overnight for plantar fasciitis. Remove if you notice numbness, tingling or discolouration. This is a support sleeve, not a treatment for an acute fracture or severe sprain — see a clinician for those.
