The Sleeve That Doesn’t Roll Down
Short knee sleeves have one persistent problem: they migrate. Twenty reps into a squat session and the sleeve has rolled itself into a tourniquet behind your knee. A lengthened sleeve solves it by distributing grip across more surface area, above and below the joint, so it stays put through full flexion. Add silicone anti-slip bands and it stops being something you think about.
Key Benefits
- Lengthened cut covers more of the quad and calf so the sleeve stays put
- Graduated compression supports the joint and manages swelling
- Anti-slip silicone bands prevent rolling during deep flexion
- Improves proprioception — joint position awareness under load
- Breathable knit that survives a full session
- Sold as a pair
How to Use
Roll the sleeve on from the foot upward, seating it so the knee sits centrally. It should be snug and supportive without restricting bend. Wear for squats, running, court sports or daily support. Remove at night. If you have significant knee pain or instability, see a physiotherapist — a sleeve supports a joint, it does not fix one.
