Five Levels, No Ceiling
The problem with a two-band set is that you outgrow it in about six weeks. Five levels gives you somewhere to go: the lightest band is right for rotator cuff work and post-injury rehab, the heaviest is genuinely challenging on glute and leg movements. Colour-coded, so you’re not guessing which one you used last time.
Key Benefits
- Five distinct tension levels — real progression, not just two options
- Colour-coded so you can track progress session to session
- Light bands suit rotator cuff, rehab and warm-ups
- Heavy bands load glutes, hips and legs properly
- Natural latex with strong elastic recovery
- Packs flat for travel
How to Use
Anchor the band underfoot or around a fixed post. Move deliberately and control the lowering phase. Two to three sets of 10 to 15 reps. Check each band for nicks or tears before use and retire damaged bands — a band that snaps under load can cause serious injury. Never stretch a band toward your face.
