Elastic Loop Resistance Bands – 2, 3 & 4 Pack for Home Workouts

$18.99

Elastic loop resistance bands are closed rubber loops for glute, leg and mobility training. Available in 2, 3 and 4-band packs across graded resistance levels with a carry pouch. Latex loops can roll up the thigh during squats, so use them for warm-ups and side-steps and pick fabric bands for heavy hip work.

Small Bands, Big Difference Below the Waist

Loop bands earn their place because of one thing barbells cannot do: lateral resistance. Squats and deadlifts move you up and down. Nothing in a standard programme loads the glute medius sideways, which is why so many lifters have knees that cave and hips that ache. Two minutes of banded lateral work fixes what an hour of squatting can’t.

Key Benefits

  • Lateral resistance that free weights can’t replicate
  • Glute medius activation — the muscle that stops knees caving
  • Choose your pack size: 2, 3 or 4 bands
  • Standard in knee and hip rehab protocols
  • High-recovery elastic that resists rolling
  • Pocket-sized

How to Use

Place above the knees for lateral walks, clamshells and glute bridges. Fifteen reps per side before lower-body training is enough to activate. Use heavier bands to add load to squats and hip thrusts. Inspect for tears before use.

Common questions

How much weight do resistance bands equal?
Band resistance rises as you stretch it, so the stated pound rating is a peak figure rather than a constant load. A stacked tube set typically covers roughly 10 to 150 lb depending on how many tubes you attach.
How do I anchor a resistance band safely?
Use the supplied door anchor on a door that opens away from you, and test it with a slow pull before loading it. Never anchor to a door handle, a radiator, or anything that could come loose under tension.
When should I replace a resistance band?
As soon as you see nicks, tackiness, colour fading or surface cracking, especially where the tube meets the clip. A band that fails under tension snaps back hard.
